Paracleton Ministries — Employee Support Program
Paracleton Ministries is a non-denominational Christian Ministry; Paracleton employs chaplains that have had many years of experience in the workplace as well as full-time ministries, bringing with them helpful insight that allows them to truly understand when and how to help employees. Paracleton Chaplain’s resumes are filled with management backgrounds, creating a unique opportunity for employers to seek workplace advice with a spiritual outlook. Employers spend a great deal of time caring for their employees including listening to their cares and concerns. This adds to an already hectic workload, taking time from the employer and employee’s production. Yet employees spend eight hours a day, or more, away from their families. Employees need someone with whom to talk about personal matters and/or personal matters within the workplace. They need someone who has time to listen, understand and help with direction, and someone they can trust, especially in a time of crisis. Paracleton Chaplains provide that sounding board. They will give a company’s employees a shoulder to lean on, while creating an easier work environment for the employee and the employer. The Employee Support Program provided by Paracleton Ministries will also benefit the employer through employee conflict resolution. Having a mediator involved during conflict helps ease the tension and allows both parties to feel represented and supported. Services Paracleton Chaplains visit your workplace weekly making brief contact with every employee. For further consultations an appointment will be set for after working hours. Paracleton Chaplains are available to you and your employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employers are consistently looking for new ways to attract and keep productive employees. Paracleton provides an avenue for employers to do so. It is a personal service benefit, provided as an extension of the company, with a faith-based spiritual resource to provide caring support to those employees who have no crisis support network in place.
