Employee Support Program

How does it work?
The Employee Support Program is available to all employees. Participation is voluntary and is only encouraged by your employer, not required. Every week you will receive a short visit and personal encouragement from your company chaplain. If you’re in need of support that can’t be dealt with during that visit, your chaplain will arrange to meet with you after hours. This program is intended to assist you not just at work, but in your home life as well. We’re available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Assurance of Confidentiality*
Maintaining confidentiality with employees is essential to our employee support program. We will never place information about you in the company’s personnel files. Your private information will not be disclosed to anyone by the chaplain without your permission.

*Local, state and federal laws require full disclosure in cases of child abuse or where personal safety is at risk. Paracleton Chaplains provide service to you and your family.Paracleton Chaplains will meet with you after working hours to help you through your needs.

What we provide:
Paracleton offers Corporate Chaplaincy and Pastoral Counseling for you and your immediate family members. Religious preferences will be unquestionably respected as Paracleton Chaplains develop caring workplace relationships. Confidential pastoral counseling and care is available for all employees dealing with any issues, including but not limited to:

• Marriage and re-marriage
• Divorce
• Serious illnesses
• Death and dying
• Conflict resolution
• Sexual harassment
• Spousal or child abuse
• Drug and alcohol dependency
• Psychiatric problems
• Stress management
• Employee conflict resolution
• Hospital visitation

If a request cannot be met by Paracleton Ministries (such as long-term counseling or professional psychological treatment), Paracleton will assist in networking with qualified and caring outsource providers that can provide the help needed.
